Lucky Luke strikes again

Well OK, I am only joking here, not really lucky, just great play from Luke Donald and a fantastic birdie on the last to wrap up the Honda Classic. As I mentioned in my post earlier in the week, I would be looking for one of my fellow Brits to do well and Luke cetainly turned in a performance which will more likely mean automatic qualification for the European Ryder Cup team.

This is great as it will allow Ian Woosnam to use his wild cards on another player.

Spare a thought for David Toms who shot a third round 76 only to come back again for the second Sunday on the trot and put in a real fight for the title.

Toms cemented his place in the Top 3 of the money list and of all the players on circuit at the moment, looks really likely to play a big part in this years Majors and give a cetain Mr Woods a fight all the way.
